Go to the SRDS, find the most targeted publications for your niche, find out who brokers that list, rent the list, offer something for free in exchange for opt in to your list. Shazaaam! now you have your own list. You supply the mail piece to the broker, they send the mail out, they provide you with a report regardign the number and % delivered, the number and %opened, the number and %read, etc. Happy marketing to you!
