What is the best location on the page for pay per click advertising for best click through rate?

Friday, November 13th, 2009

I'm curious about advertising psychology and buying habits. Does anyone know the statistics associated with ppc advertising? What is the best location on the page to place the adds? next to photo? close to the left? or right? after a small intro to an article? I'm mostly interested in if people click adds on the left or right side of the page more often.
Thank You! Very Helpful indeed. :)

concerning the cost of health care coverage?

Friday, November 13th, 2009

there are some on here that believe those wanting the government to get involved in health care are freeloader, moochers, and overall a drain on society. According to those on the right, malpractice and illegal aliens are the two largest factors on the high cost of healthcare. These same people are hard working, honest individuals that earn things, they do not have their hands out expecting others to give them anything.

how quickly would there opinions change if after paying their insurance premiums for years. They are told there is no coverage for the particular illness they have, or the medicine prescribed by their doctor is not covered by their insurance, and the one tablet per day cost over five hundred dollars.

to those against the government reforming health care

Have you ever lost your job through no fault of your own, and been forced to pay over twenty thousand dollars in medical bills, because you could not afford to pay over a thousand per month to keep your present insurance through cobra?

Should I hire a Google Advertising Professional to manage my PPC campaigns?

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

I've been managing the Adwords acc't myself. I've been at it for a month and it just takes too much time and I'm not profiting – AT ALL. Would it be wise to hire a Qualified Google Professional Company to take over for me? Is it worth it? Have you ever used a Google Pro company to manage your campaigns? What was you experience? Did they help increase your sales? Or did you hire a non-Qualified Google pro to manage your campaigns?

What happened to Yahoo Search Marketing's keyword selector tool?

Monday, November 9th, 2009

I'd like to launch some ad campaigns on Yahoo and 2 of the tools I used via Yahoo seem to have vanished! One was their keyword selector tool that gave me a readout of the number of hits on the keyword & it's variations from the prior month & the other was similar in that it would show the top ten bidders for a particular keyword for that prior month and what they bid on that keyword. These were invaluable tools for anyone wanting to set up ad campaigns and needing feedback on possible costs and popularity of certain keywords! Can anyone help out there?
