What happened to the keyword suggestion tool link that used to be on the first page in Adwords?

It's been a little while since I've done an adwords analysis for a client and I noticed that they changed the whole screen around. Did they do away with the old tool completely or is there a page that I can reference it on. Please provide a link if possible.
