Does anyone know for sure? I realize Google can ban you for having multiple Adwords account, but can't Google just connect my Adwords account which is different from my Adsense account (having two different email addresses).

I've just opened an AdCenter account and I have a question – which major search engines will my listing be found? I only want my listings to be shown to the UK audience, but from what I understand, they wil be shown on msn.co.uk – msn.com and live.com .. is this correct? If it isn't shown on msn.co.uk it seems I won't get much traffic from this.
